Payment authorization

An order confirmation means that we received your order request; it does not guarantee that the payment has cleared or that the order cannot be cancelled for a valid reason.

Prices displayed on velporapets.com are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The product price, applicable shipping charges, discounts, and any applicable taxes or other charges will be presented during checkout before you submit your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. VELPORA processes approved refunds within 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
